Formerly known as Millenium Software Ltd when founded in 1996, Misoft was re-branded in 2000 with the launch of TheBroker. As a privately owned company, it has been free to develop new and exciting products.

In 2007 Misoft launched TheInsurer, TheWholesaler, and TheAdviser.
